28th June 2007 Windsurfing: Shoreham Wind Direction: SW Wind Stength: Session time = 6-7.30pm Surf / Sea State: Low tide@5pm Air Temperature: Sea Temperature: Weather: Sunny spells Max Speed: Distance Covered: I was covering for an absent colleague in Haywards Heath today which meant having to drive into work plus an hour earlier finish for "travel allowance". The result...plenty of time for an evening session. Left PRH just after 5pm and feet were in the straps by 6 just as the afternoon skivers were leaving (Jon, Simon and others...) and fellow after-workers arrived (Jim, James and others...). A solid 90 minutes of well powered chop-bothering, much more relaxed than yesterday @Hove and the perfect way to blow away the stress of a tough day at work. 4 days out of 6 on the water and more to come. :) |
